The Accommodation
The Villa Ria is in the centre of the the village of Mijas, within a short walking distance you will find shops, cafes and small restaurants. The surrounding grounds of the villa are private and secure as well as being isolated from the main village roads.
From the villa you can enjoy the scenes and beautiful scenery of the coast and the mountains nearby, and all from the luxury of the villa.

- A fully fitted kitchen with a toaster, grill, separate dining area, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery provided and for children there is a high chair available.
- Lounge Area is large and furnished with sofa which is a pull out bed also, and armchairs, satellite TV and access to a BBQ patio and terrace.
- Outside there is a private terrace and pool area, a stable parking are and gardens.

The rates listed for the villa are per week, these prices also include a maid service, a cleaning service and a welcome pack to the area.
If this is your first time at the villa then a discounted rate will be applied, maps and extra guides will be sent to your home details after booking.

Car hire is available and can be booked with car hire Malaga Airport.
Ask us for mid-week bookings and rentals, currency is the Euro, but the GB pound Sterling is accepted and the exchange rates apply for the date of booking and not on the day of arrival.
